Full time employees,are covered available 1st of month after date of hire, are eligible for participation in the company's long term disability plan. The plan provides 60% of salary, up to $5,000 per month to employees who become disabled as defined in the policy.
Life Insurance
Employees are covered available 1st of month after date of hire. This benefit equals 1x base annual earnings with a max of $50,000. Supplemental life insurance may be purchased for self, spouse, and children at a nominal rate.
