Sales Professionals

To add to our growing Office Supply Division, The Phillips Group is now providing local businesses with ad specialities and promotional products! Due to rapid growth in sales, we are looking for experienced sales professionals to join this team. Proven experience in business-to-business sales necessary, industry experience helpful. Position is based out of our Corporate location in Middletown, PA and will be performing outside sales functions within Central PA to both a well-established customer base and large prospect base. In addition to possessing exceptional sales skills, candidates need to possess excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to organize and manage day, high energy, and an entrepeneurial spirit.

Dispatch Support

This position is responsible for entering and maintaining the machine Maintenance Contracts as well as assisting in all areas of technology service administration and dispatch. This individual will be responsible for answering phones, greeting customers, dispatching technicians, and filing. This position serves as a resource to the customers and employees of The Phillips Group, and, as such, must possess a level of urgency and professionalism in responding to their needs.

Set-up Support. (rebuilding & set-up Technician)

This position is a combined position which includes both rebuild and set-up responsibilities. Responsibilities include assisting in the remanufacture of returned/used equipment for the purposes of resale and/or re-use. Additional responsibilities include the repair of both new and used equipment, and the set-up of new machines for the purposes of customer delivery.
